Contacted them today to ask if there's any available spot to see a gp within a week period and mentioning that I'm a new patient but live locally. The lady I spoke to strongly declined my request, saying that they dont accept new patients. This is the problem now a days when needing medical help. The health minister should address this kind of issue.
Dr Fiaz is the best, great customer service always caring and friendly.
A great medical centre, Dr Shakilla and Dr Faiz are fantastic doctors. Very knowledgeable but also very kind and caring. The admin staff are also fantastic, their communication is great and very responsive! Thank you all :)
