I never would have thought that being healthy & not having to go to the doctor very often a positive thing but Dr Faiz refused to do an assessment for my driver's licence based on the fact that I hadn't been seeing him on whatever regularity he expected (which has never been discussed). He was quite rude & didn't offer any options or help - only said he wouldn't do it & the only option was for me to leave. Contacted them today to ask if there's any available spot to see a gp within a week period and mentioning that I'm a new patient but live locally. The lady I spoke to strongly declined my request, saying that they dont accept new patients. This is the problem now a days when needing medical help. The health minister should address this kind of issue.
Dr Fiaz is the best, great customer service always caring and friendly.
