We've been in Australia for almost two years and had never been to a doctor's office before because of the language barrier. Very greedy doctor. Always in a rush and don’t even give proper diagnosis. He mis diagnosed me and caused a risk on my pregnancy. He should be banned.
Very human doctor
I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Norus. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and never make you feel rushed. You can tell of the genuine care he has for his patients. The whole team is friendly and organised, and appointments always are thorough and comprehensive. It’s rare to find a doctor who has such professionalism and care every time I visit. I’m really grateful to have found Dr Norus
Turn up on time to my booked appointment, told there would be "at least a 30 minute wait". I offered to move this appointment as 30+ mins was too long during a work day. As I was there on time i.e. within 4 hours, rebooking with them would incur a "no show fee". So to be clear: they cannot organise their schedule and I have to pay for it. If you love wasting both time and money, then I cannot recommend Kogarah Family Medical Centre enough!
