Lovely guy, great experience!
I had an issue with my car and called a few mechanics to get it looked at urgently. Ray asked a couple of questions, determined it probably wasn't serious but told me I could bring the car right then. On arrival, Ray looked at the car straight away, found it was a quick and easy fix and took care of it. Thanks so much for your prompt and friendly service, really appreciate it. Especially given I was a first time customer. Will definitely bring the car back for my next service. Thanks again.
