When I used to go to this place. Had to wait several hours just to see a doctor and he would spend only 5-10 minutes with you. There's nothing caring about that. The two women work in the front office always act like they were on their periods. liars, Accusing you of missing your appointment when they didn't even give you one. When you point this out to them they want to argue. I hope there's new people working in that office because I haven't been there in a long time and will never go back.
I've gone to this place for YEARS. Last year things got bad. I went in for a normal checkup and they wanted an ECG done b/c of my heart issues. That was fine, but then I went back 3, yes 3, different times for the results they said they had, but they never did... and I don't mean spaced apart too far, i mean a week later they said they had it, and boom 30 more bucks for a copay. Dr. Kofi: You saved my life, When I arrived at your office, I was on my last leg, about to give up hope of ever getting well. You diagnosed my medical condition within 30 min. after, I arrived in your office. Within the next 24 hours I felt like a brand new 62 yr old CHICK, Dr. Kofi thank you so much. Your staff was kind to me and explained each procedure. You deserve 10 star rating
THEY CARE THEY PROVIDE IS SECOND TO NONE. AND I DID NOT WAIT HOURS UPON HOURS. BEST CHOICE DOCTOR WISE I HAVE MADE SINCE MOVING TO VEGAS.
Dr. Sarfo is a horrible doctor. From the insanely long wait times, to his completely negative personality, his entire practice is based on the up sell. Every time i went to his office, there was some new unnecessary test or bank of test his staff had me take to increase his bill to the insurance company. To top it off, prescriptions I have been receiving for years were doled out to me in 2 week increments in order to get me in for more office visits to charge my insurance company.
Caring knowledgeable Dr. He has been my family MD for years and I will never see another! The staff is friendly and always have a smile on their faces. They all know me by my name as well as many other patients.
You may have a long wait, but he is well worth it! Extremely thorough and very nice demeanor. All the staff was friendly as well. Highly pleased with the service!
