Nice local place with good service, tasty lemonade and breakfast burritos. I also like their cappuccinos. They will move the umbrellas around for you if you want more or less shade which is thoughtful.

They offer a thoughtfully simple menu of sandwiches, burritos, and waffles, they're conrsistently delicious. Their rich, full-bodied coffee pairs nicely with the berry waffle and fresh pastries. Attentive service adds a warm, welcoming, family-like touch that is worth every visitl.
Very cozy vibe entering this place! They have a great assortment of iced and hot coffee and tea, and it matches their selections of their pastries. I had their dulce de leche iced coffee and it was just what I wanted it to be. Not overly sweet, and I absolutely love coffee bitterness. Will be coming back next time and will make sure to try their pastries!!
Fun place to meet up with friends for a few minutes that stretch out to two hours.
