Excellent service and wonderful people
Overpriced, Terrible Communication, negative experience from top to bottom and a shame because they use the Lord and Christian values as a front.
Top of the line service
Called like three times to complain about the gunk in the bottom of the machines. Made the coffee gross. The guy "Mad Dog Jeff" on the phone (owner??) just kept going off about Jesus and how gay people wont go to heaven? Hello??
We’ve had an awful time with this company. They have excuses for every single issue you will have. They will say they will “fix” things but won’t. I sent an email (several actually) letting them know that if things didn’t change that I would be having them remove the vending machine from our office building. I received a phone call back, with more excuses, but then said someone would be out to fix all the issues. Instead, they sent guys out and took the whole machine. Never said a word to anyone.
