Extremely Unprofessional Experience I scheduled a spa party on November 15th for my cousin and a few of her friends. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. First, the scheduling was mishandled from the start. I clearly communicated that our services needed to begin at 2:30 PM, yet the spa didn’t start until 3:00 PM based solely on their own preferred timing. We came here for my best friends birthday celebration and got facials and massages and everything was amazing! Thai and Destiny were absolute professionals and their services were so relaxing and soothing. Loved everything including the boutique decor and ambiance!! Definitely will be back!
This place lacks professionalism. They do try, they just fail. Their receptionist is not knowledgeable about the services they provide. Their website is not user friendly, so you have to call then when you call, IF they answer you have to speak to someone who is not knowledgeable or wait for her to put the manager on who likes to remind you that they’ve been in business for 26 years with a defensive tone. Talk about an amazing visit! My wonderful mother in law booked a spa day for me and my sister in law. The foot soak was amazing! Everything about it was perfect! But before I mention the foot soak… I want to mention how I was pleased with the sizing of the robe!
