This place lacks professionalism. They do try, they just fail. Their receptionist is not knowledgeable about the services they provide. Their website is not user friendly, so you have to call then when you call, IF they answer you have to speak to someone who is not knowledgeable or wait for her to put the manager on who likes to remind you that they’ve been in business for 26 years with a defensive tone. Talk about an amazing visit! My wonderful mother in law booked a spa day for me and my sister in law. The foot soak was amazing! Everything about it was perfect! But before I mention the foot soak… I want to mention how I was pleased with the sizing of the robe! Having visited numerous spa around the world. I can confidently say, Koffee Day Spa hands down soothe my soul. I have been experiencing a stressful time both professionally and personally. I walked out of the spa feeling a profound sense of inner peace! Thai and her team are knowledgeable, incredibly skilled, and the quality of their products is exceptional. Everyone keeps telling me I’m glowing! The services offered are absolutely worth it—don’t cheat yourself out of the opportunity to heal your mind, body, and spirit. 🩵
