I canceled my contract with Kirby because I was unsatisfied with the product for the amount of money it was and it was within 3 days, so there was no fee. The man took the vacuum and told me it was done, yet he did not notify the financing agency so they're automatically taking it out of my account. When I call about it, they don't want to help me. They tell me I have to wait a month for my money back. Why should I wait a month for my money when it's Kirby 's screw up? Unacceptable!

I've been with KOF for a few weeks now. It's a great place to be if you apply yourself; a family that supports each other with a lot of tools and advice. I've already made more money here than I did in the last six months and looking forward to much more.
I've been a Kirby representative since August '02. I've worked in several Kirby offices from Atlantic City to Metro Atlanta.
