Terry is a fantastic man who knows his wood products and he teaches teen from his church actual hands-on skills. Things that are forgotten at schools. The satisfaction of seeing a young adult start a process and finish it and seeing the pride, is just overwhelming. He is a perfectionist and extremely skilled and humble man. Holland should be proud to have him.
