Chris was here on a Saturday a little after an hour of calling. Had my unit running within an hour on a 100 degree day. Great service, very friendly, and very fair price for an emergency call. I will highly recommend this company.

Kyle came out and completed a seasonal clean and check today. He thoughtful friendly and courteous. Last fall he came out and replaced my blower motor and did it the same day!. I chose Koesterer because of the fine work they did on my daughter’s HVAC unit. Quality company.
Great customer service. I left a message after closing and the next morning I was called to set up an appointment right as they opened. Very impressive. My a/c was taken care of. Arrived as scheduled and did a great job. Update - Forget this post. When we received an estimate they were very rude in discussing it. They were higher than McFarland who we went with. They also didn't even do the sniff test to tell us where the leak was. The tech just stated there's probably a leak and asked if we wanted freon in. Not being a tech... read more
