Good luck trying to negotiate at all with these guys. They have the car we want so we have to buy from them but as a repeat Mazda customer with excellent credit it is very disappointing that they would neither come down at all in the price of the vehicle or take off 200.00 on a remote starter to match a competitor's quote. Hope to never return here!
Had a very good experience in buying a certified mazda from Koeppel, found salesman Jim Mendez to be very straight forward. Was prepared for a high pressure environment especially in the the finance room but to my supprise there was none. Had an issue with water in one of the headlights, took it back and they replaced it with a new one with no cost to me. So far so good, would buy from them again.
Dealership did respond promptly and followed up.
