I have lived at 141 East 89th for four years and I must see this building is my home and is an amazing place to live. The Super is great, the staff is beyond kind and professional (walks dogs, plays with kids, protects you). Beth in the leasing office is truly one of the nicest people in the business. Please don't believe EVERYTHING you read. Check it out for yourself. I couldn't be happier and Mrs. Koeppel tries to keep the rents very, very fair to insure people can afford to stay here long-term.

From my 5 years experience working with Koeppel MGMT I can say that that is the best, very responsible, very friendly , highly professional people. As to Mrs Beth personally I can say that she works with her heart, always open and ready to assist you with very very nice personality and I think that is a pleasure to work with her Wish to continue my experience for a long time Eda

Do NOT live here – Do not live here unless you want one of the doormen to steal your package deliveries. My husband and I lived at 141 East 89th Street for 3 years. We finally moved out because the laundry rooms are disgusting and unsanitary (thick black and brown mold inside of the machines), and there were mice and insect problems throughout the building. beth/141 e89th st – i have been dealing with beth on a professional level for the past 7 years. i have always found her to go over and beyond to help people. she is friendly and works very very hard. i take exception to people blaming her for things that are not her job. she tries very hard to make people happy. 141 East 89th street new York ny 10128 – I wanted to inform people about koeppel management. These people and Beth who runs the office are nasty people. They lie steal money and dont take care of the buildings. Beth attacks you verbally ands mrs koeppel could care less about the people lving I her properties. Koeppel Magement is Terrible – Koeppel Management is collecting money. Beware of elevators always broken, smells, bed bugs, There does nothing to help to tenants and rip as much money off people as possible. There don't want to return your deposit when you leave!! DO EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE CHARGE FROM YOU. I had to call the cops on my neighbour on several times. Toilet drain malfunctioning and everytimes drain to garage. Stay away. – Koeppel Management is good at collecting money but not when tenants need help. Beth, the person in charge there, does nothing to help her tenants and everything to rip as much money off people as possible. I had to call the cops on my neighbour on several occasions and pay them (neighbours) a visit at 4am to ask them to stop blasting music in the middle of the night on a weekday when I had to get up to go work at 7am.
