Not enough technicians. Been here all day for a service. 50/50 on all my service experiences. On my 3rd palisade. May switch brands bc of repeated crappy service.
Terrible service and extremely unprofessional. I came in for a fender liner replacement. At first, I was told they had the part in stock, so I waited, only to be told later that they actually didn’t have it. They told me they would call me the next day when the part arrived, but I never received a call. I had a frustrating experience with their service department. I made a 7am appointment, dropped off my car at 7:15am for multi-point inspection and diagnostic for a knocking sound coming from right wheel. When I handed off the car, the advisor told me it would take around 3 hours so I decided to wait in their waiting area. Around 9am, I see two people, possibly mechanics driving my car around the block thinking they were taking it on a test drive as part of the inspection/diagnostic.
