Byron need to stop behaving as if he’s a ceo of Hyundai. Unethical and extremely unprofessional
Terrible staffs. Made an appt for an oil change and asked the person on the phone how long will it take and she said hour to hour and half and she also put it on the notes. I brought my car and adviser tells me 2:30-3 hours which is ridiculous for just an oil change. I asked to speak to manager and manager Byron didn't even hear me out when I was trying to explain that I spoke to one of the girls that made an appt and they said it'll be quick and Byron started arguing with me then he said im not gonna service you because I w... read more
Rude and disrespectful customer service, 4 - 5 hours waiting time every time regardless of day/time or service. I rather pay for my own oil change or repairs than going there ,it’s not worthy
So I've read some of the reviews left here regarding the service issues, and what people have to understand is that everyone is busy, and backed up, and you need to walk in knowing what to expect. That being said, my vehicle was serviced exactly how I expected it to be - ON POINT. I have to acknowledge my service rep Pablo, the shop foreman Robin and even Tony Perez, for all their assistance.
