No value for appointments, your car can be there for few days or weeks with no updates to you! You call they promise u call back but days pass by no calls. You text no response! Customer Service is the worse! Never dealing with them again. Purchasing wasn't bad experience but Service is ! Now it feels like the whole thing is a mistake!
I was well attended at the dealership and experienced great service for 3 recalls that were performed quickly. My only issue is, when getting diagnostics for check engine light, there was no report on my receipt pertaining issues with the car. I paid for a diagnosis, but only received a verbal breakdown on the issues with my Hyundai Palisade. I had a great experience at Koeppel Hyundai! I came in to have my tire and rim replaced, and everything went smoothly with no issues. My service advisor, Hewett Sanchez, was great throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had, which made the experience easy and stress-free. Brought my car here for Tire and Rim service from a warranty i bought from another dealership that i can use in any Hyundai dealership. I booked a appointment a week in advance. When i arrived i had to wait a bit for a person to come out. First question they asked is "did you buy this car here?". She said that i have to leave my car here and so they can confirm about the warranty that i purchased and send the rim out to fix once confirmed.
