Good service with reasonable pricing. Peace in mind with all genuine part from hyundai, hyundai's parts are expensive though, some are more expensive than Mercedes Benz's a/p my local mechanic. Also all service associates are super kind and professional, special thanks to Dita. Waiting room is cozy with the coffee machine making nice coffee and snacks etc etc. Waiting 1 or 2 hours is no problem at all. So many nice things to mention...
I first started dealing with Koeppel Hyundai about a year or two now as I travel up and down I-95 to handle business for my mother's house. I give thanks to my Service Advisor Hewett Sanchez whom I give props to for handling CarSheild and there deceitful ways. Most of the time I would wait for my vehicle. Service director Tony Perez helped me out greatly when I came in with tire issues on my less than 500 miles Santa Fe I bought there earlier this year. Everyone else who helped, Daniel Sukhra, Mike Ficklin were also very generous with their time and knowledge and service.
