Shah was very helpful, offering my daughter and me a great deal of information on the Kona and Venue models and going with us on test drives. We negotiated a good price for a three-year lease of a 2025 Kona with Mohammed, and the paperwork was conducted efficiently and quickly. A lovely experience.
The service department is a finesse. When you go in, you are presented the paperwork of the work that is expected. The rep indicates the body of form that includes the services, then tells you to "sign here." However, the purposely leave out the $205/hr labor fee that they conveniently forget to point out on the form. Essentially, you are agreeing to labor fees without knowing.
