Extremely grateful for Dr. Koepke and all of his wonderful staff. I had a huge fear of the dentist until I found this office! Everyone there is compassionate, patient, and very helpful. Dr. Koepke and the staff made every visit comfortable and have taken away my fear of going to the dentist. I've had a lot of work done in this office over the last couple of years and I'm truly grateful for all of you and highly recommend this office to anyone in the San Diego area!
Bad from the start. Called the office as a new patient and every question was "how you gonna pay?" My question was, "are you accepting new patients?" Terrible, negative experience. I can only imagine if I was a patient.
Had a wonderful dental cleaning experience. The staff was so friendly, reassuring, and helped ease my dental anxiety. They truly care about their patients and aren’t pushing unnecessary treatments for revenue. The level of care was top notch!
