I'm glad Dr.Koen's was recommended for my granddaughter at age 9 to get her braces started. Autumns teeth were so crowed and crooked but within the 1st week of getting her braces started , an expander and spaces, I could already see a tremendous improvement. All the staff are very friendly , well dressed and professional. They always let me us know each step and what to expect on the next visit. We travel over 50 miles each visit and it's well worth it. My granddaughter will have a beautiful smile to be proud of and she's about be 11 soon!

They are friendly, informative and honest. They are also always there to help. All of the staff treat my child with respect and a gentle hand Never once have we left without my child or myself feeling positive about the visit. I feel like we get the best possible care.
