Regardless of your condition it's going to cost you 5000. Been through this a couple times now. They take you into the business side of the office and explain whats wrong with your teeth. Then they come back with 2 phases of treatment that costs between 4 and 5 thousand dollars with insurance and paying up front. The facility is very nice and the people are friendly, but you will pay for it.
