Thanks for taking on the job of fixing our tow bar short notice. If I didn't have a front row seat sitting in the jeep I wouldn't have known this at all but I can't help but notice I got charged for the time taken out to ajust the skidsteer forks to remove a pallet from the shop sweep it out, guide a different customer to backup and remove a lawn chair out of their suv and have some chit chat.
