I stopped in to visit with Becky and ask her a boat load of random and probably silly questions about modular and manufactured homes. Becky was very informative and was able to answer all of the questions! This is the first time I had been given a tour of a modern manufactured home, and I've got to say, wow! They are much nicer than I had expected.
From the shopping experience to purchase and delivery the service at Koehler's is amazing. We found the perfect home for our family and pets and couldn't be happier. Our new Clayton has all the bells and whistles and was still in our budget. Special thanks to Becky for all her extra time and attention :)
We bought our home from Becky and Shane about a year and a half ago, we had a very good experience. Becky and Shane were very responsive to any questions we had. We signed papers in November and was told they would try to have us in our new home by Christmas and they stood on their word. The negative reviews that have been left are probably from people unprepared to purchase a home. Home buying takes planning...
We have been in our Commodore home for 9 months and we absolutely love it! The entire process was made very easy by Becky and Shane and their entire family. They are a truly professional family owned business. From the onset they were very accommodating to all of our questions, decision making, and upgrades upon final order to the completion of setup.
