I called for an emergency drain backup and Bobby was able to get a crew over to our house right away. Super knowledgeable and easy to talk with. They kept us informed of the issue and repair throughout the day. Working diligently to resolve the issue. Real can do attitude and very personable. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them if I have any further plumbing or heating issues.
Bobby is awesome to work with, he is dedicated to fixing the problem and a true gentleman. Definitely will use him again and I encourage others to give him your business.
I called to get service, and they wanted a rather large deposit to come out to my house. No one I've ever hired for a service like this has required a deposit before. I later learned this company is now owned by Brad Lebsock and I don't think I'm comfortable doing business with them.
Doug was very nice to talk to while he cleaned out our drain.
Amazing older gentleman came over, worked hard and diligently to fix our problems. Our bathroom light didn't even work and this man went above and beyond and still was able to fix all our problems! Was very nice and respectful, if you hire anybody in this town, hire Koehler.
