Our sewer pipe had plugged which I discovered in the evening, so I called the following morning. Was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy over the phone. They arrived the same day. I was at work so they spoke with my wife in which she told me they were very nice! They cleaned out all the old roots and ran the camera down the pipe to inspect. Fortunately there was no damage and the bill came to be exactly as quoted. The invoice came by email and was very easy to pay. Highly recommended!

We had a major issue for months with our sewer drain after a cable company drilled through our drain pipe. Koehler Drain & Sewer was called and they did a great job in repairing our system. They were timely, professional and friendly, which was important because we didn't feel very friendly anymore after dealing with a damaged sewer for months! I called for an emergency drain backup and Bobby was able to get a crew over to our house right away. Super knowledgeable and easy to talk with. They kept us informed of the issue and repair throughout the day. Working diligently to resolve the issue. Real can do attitude and very personable. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them if I have any further plumbing or heating issues.

I called to get service, and they wanted a rather large deposit to come out to my house. No one I've ever hired for a service like this has required a deposit before. I later learned this company is now owned by Brad Lebsock and I don't think I'm comfortable doing business with them.
