We came here looking for a specific tree. We were greeted by a very rude gentleman.He said the trees were expensive and I definitely agreed.I told him we paid half that much at Lowe's.And then he very rudely said well then go to lowes. I told him that Lowe's was out of them and he said well, see now we have them. So I said well I guess I won't do a business with you since you're being rude and he said I was rude by making the comment about the cost. If I could give Koehler brothers negative stars I would, as they constantly reschedule or no show to meetings as shown in my attached conversations with their designer Lorne. He was on the phone with his uncle for 5 hrs when he missed the last meeting, when in truth the next day he says he’s never started the design…again. Apparently they feel Lafayette is so hard up for help they can do whatever they want, whenever they want, again see my exchange and their comments. The Kohlers are very good and fair people. Not only do they provide landscaping services, they also have antiques of every kind. The even have a a whole building that I think was a pharmacy and soda shop, but don't quote me on that.
