I was suprised, but now it makes sense. My sistet brought it up the other day. She missed ring bologna like we ate as children and I went immediately to the internet where I found it. Bought a smoked sausage from the grocery store. My first bite had a piece of bone. I fractured a molar and need to have oral surgery to have it pulled and replaced by an implant. Taste is good but now it’s going to cost me hundreds of dollars to fix my tooth.
Right up the road from our club, thought it would have been a great idea to partner up for a hot dog eating contest this summer but was told that's not "what the brand represents" and is "a premium product." Its their right to refuse, as it is mine to leave a review. Called another Michigan meat supplier, and they were excited to share the opportunity. I would have rather worked with the business that is less than 20 minutes away, but it is what it is. -Gus B.
