Great service and great product!
Fabulous ideas. I love their products. BUT… I ordered ramps for our school. They come untreated and within weeks some bugs penetrated them. When I reached out to the customer service I was treated rudely by their representative, as if it was my fault that this happened. Their manager stepped in and apologized, offering to send a new set of ramps. We never received them.
