Started off with a great experience. As visits went on things went down hill at each visit. I have too many things to say that I feel about this vet practice but one thing I can warn everyone of is they are sales people and rude with it. My dog went in for a check up on fur missing from her rear front leg which turned out to be the beginning of a callous. Somehow they took $500.00 off me that day for numerous things. The vet argued with me about my dogs weight but is clearly ignorant to the Czech Shepperd breed vs German She... read more
Amazing people and staff. Cannot thank Dr. Barrett and the entire team at Kodiak enough for their patience, compassion, knowledge and expertise. I have no doubt that the changes and treatment that my older dog Brady has received has added healthy and happy years to Brady's life and well-being. Taking a different approach and diet regarding his health was not an easy transition for us, but after seeing the results - I am a true believer and cannot thank all of you enough. Keep up the great work and know that you are making a ... read more
Business response:
Thank you, Matt. Very much appreciated. You have such a great bond with Brady. Being able to help you keep him as healthy as possible for as long as possible is a good feeling. We're happy to partner with you in his health.
Dr Barrett and the entire team truly care for our pets the way we would want someone to. I am convinced that she has extended the lives of my two older dogs with her understanding of gut health. Dennis and the rest of the team are very caring. I couldn’t recommend this vet any higher.
Dr Barrett and the entire staff at Kodiak have been nothing but amazing. They genuinely love and care about our fur baby! Without their direction and expertise there is a great chance that Pumpkin would not be with us! We have switch up his diet and are giving him extra nutrients to help his digestion and inflammatory concerns! We love Kodiak ❤️😺
Dr. Barrett and her team have been instrumental in getting and keeping my 4 year old Great Dane healthy. Last summer we had a scare with a leg injury that turned into 2 months and thousands of dollars at other vets trying to determine the cause. Friends recommended we make an appointment at Kodiak for a different perspective and opinion. Dr. Barrett spent 2+ hours with us and we walked out with a plan that included a diet that reduces inflammation, acupuncture and strength training. We saw an immediate change in the dog and ... read more
I almost never leave reviews but was so pleased with the care my puppy Bear received two days ago with Dr. Barrett and her staff. She took so much time getting to know my dog and was so patient with all the questions that I asked. She went into great detail about feeding and care and when I brought up raw feeding (which I have researched and am in favor of) she was fully on board and supportive. She also was supportive in my desire to limit vaccinations for my toy Maltese. She recommended only what is TRULY necessary for his... read more
My fiancé has had her dog, Cassie, for about 8 years; Cassie has a lot of different allergies and when she first got her, several vets said they couldn’t help......last stop was Kodiak......and that was 7 years ago! Cassie is forever a client of Dr. Barrett, even tho she has moved 2.5 hours away! 🐶 💕
Dr Masuma, Dennis, Katie, and the Kodiak Team have been a blessing in our lives. I run a sanctuary for old, disabled dogs and because of the work these folks do, our old disabled dogs often turn into energetic, healthy seniors happy to be in a safe, loving home. KVH is thorough, thoughtful, and will go to bat for your pet. So grateful.
