Note to all...visit...visit...visit...you will be so glad...it's my happy place...Sharla and Gus are the best at all that they do...it will be so well worth it...take the time and do what you've always wanted to do...go see them...fish on...thank you Gus... you're the best...had a wonderful time exploring Kodiak...

As a military family traveling with 3 dogs, it's hard to find places to stay during transfer season. Gus and his lovely staff made us all feel at home during our 10 day stay. I will definitely stay at the Kodiak Russian River Lodge when I come back!
I had the pleasure of spending the weekend at the Russian River Lodge when in town to officiate for the Ariel Island Roller Girls. The apartment is beautiful, warm, and cozy! So much space and the best damn host on the island. We had a great time telling stories and exploring the island. I'll be back so very soon with the rest of my family! Thank you Gus!!!
