. I have never sold home before or even purchased one. I didn't know anything about what happened after closing no one gave me that information even though I requested it. They said I could come back for a second load but they wouldn't even let me in to get my little dog's ashes. Please don't let this happen to you please get several reviews of your home I didn't I took the first one because I was so fooled by this person's behavior I thought he was a good guy. Is there every day I regret my actions.
Kodiak Properties is a great company to work with in all aspects! We have been here for two months now, and we love our apartment. We love our neighbors. I love how quiet and relaxing the area is. I love that Boardman has awesome events! We would not be here if it were not for Kyleigh and Kodiak Properties.
I moved to Texas four years ago and was very anxious to move back to Youngstown. I ran across Kodiak's website. I was able to rent an awesome, centrally located, charming 2-bedroom apartment. I was a little nervous about renting an apartment, but I fell in love when I saw it in person several months later! It was freshly steam-cleaned and painted. The owner, Kyleigh, is a pleasure to work with.
