We paid to have a new roof put on, because the old one had a leak and was getting brittle. When it still leaked after the new roof was put on and Kodiak not responding we had to hire another roofing company, to find out they never changed any of the flashing and drip edge on the roof. It still had the old flashing with so much repair roofing cement it wasn't stopping the water. If you use these people, have your roof inspected before the final payment or you may still have a leaky roof like we still had.
Had work done by them a few years back. Wanted tinted windows placed in house didn't get them. Screws to hold water faucets were screwed in all messed up. Had new siding placed on house and garage ever since pieces have been falling off. Wanted a new exhaust stove vent put on didnt get it. If you see them coming run as far and fast in the other direction.DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALLS.

Terrible communication and they did not follow through. We had our kitchen done. It’s a very small kitchen and we were adding a little construction. The owner, Greg, does a great sales pitch. I wish I checked the reviews because they are all our exact experience. We were quoted 4-8 weeks to complete the project and it took 14 weeks with multiple phones calls from me.
