Hey, i am currently reaching out to any future tenants and give my thoughts on living at Kodiak apartments. I’ve been living at this location for months and by far one of the best apartments I’ve had. Everything is always clean, Alex the landlord is phenomenal when a problem arises, everyone is very friendly, only thing that I’ve experienced bad here is you pay a lot of money and are not allowed to use the hot tub some months out of the year, but outside of that this location is a friendly place to call home.
The apartments are clean, spacious, and quiet. Alex was very helpful with my move-in process, and he has promptly resolved all maintenance needs. Highly recommend
Management does an incredible job and is very responsive.
Great place to live and great management!
