She cut the haircut perfectly just as I asked, the bangs are a bit wonky but I was unclear on what I wanted so I understand. The only problem is that she thinned my hair out so much half of my hair volume is gone. I’ve been crying because I can no longer wear up-dos because my hair is so thin it looks stupid. It’ll take a year for it to go back to normal. So make sure to talk with your hairdresser clearly and say you don’t want it thinned out, you do not want to end up like me.

had the most lovely experience with OU! she and all the other hairdressers are extremely experienced with bleach and colours, she pays a lot of attention to detail and gentle with hair. My hair is very damaged and pre leached , she takes the time to ensure the process is safe and will take the time to make sure your hair does not over process. I really did want to like it, I really did. But there's more learning that has to be done, I said multiple times that my hair is curly and wavy and that they need to understand when something is curly it will appear shorter then how long it is. I always mentioned that I didn't want the front of my hair to be cut short and I just texture and the back cleaned up.
