So po'd because it shouldnt take over 3 weeks to recieve your new prescription eyeglasses and the staff just dont show any concerns about their customers and its always so excuse. Poor customer service and seriously poor attitudes towards the customer calling with concerns why it is taking so long. Definately will not be a returning customer or patient in the future.

I am not a person who typically leaves reviews but because of my experience it was necessary. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The front desk, appointment and billing staff are totally unprofessional. I needed an urgent appointment and had a referral to this place from my Physician’s office. I gave 1 star because there is no way to leave zero. The service is terrible. Never in my entire life have I ever waited SO LONG for one singular appointment. Which is unfortunate because I can't afford to take an entire day off from work for an eye appointment. They can do better and they should!
I would give less than one if I could!"Associates" are rude as can be. I bought $500 worth of the glasses there less than a year ago and the frame broke. They offered me no type of solution and told me that I could buy a new pair of glasses. I said I absolutely will but you can damn sure believe it won't be here and walked out the door. No wonder if there's no one ever waiting there to be seen.
