I hate the write this but I think others need to know. The front office staff need some manners, organization and have more understanding when someone is having a health issue. My first visit I waited over a hour for my appt,, not sure what the issue was but I let it go. I had an ear issue and called in to ask for a referral to a ENT which was called back and told the referral would be sent over by the EOB, this was a Friday.
