I had to pay $150 on a “diagnostic” for them to tell me that my battery needs to be replaced. Then they quoted me another $80 for “labor” to replace the battery with the battery itself costing $180. It’s disgraceful how they operate, they wouldn’t adjust the diagnostic price one penny and they even had the gall to charge a $10 Shop Supply fee on top of everything. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the thieving practices of an accredited dealership.

We recently had an issue with a rental car break down. We brought it in for diagnosis and everyone went above and beyond to help us out - even gave us a ride to another rental car company, since the current vehicle couldn't be driven. Great dealership with friendly, courteous service!! Highly recommend! Nicole

Once again nothing but disappointment with the service department. They replace my brakes a few months ago - the calipers just locked up on the highway almost causing a fire. I called and was told to drop it off and they would try to sneak it in over the next few weeks?!! Like I can be without my vehicle for “weeks”.
