I rate Koco salon a 5 star because I had a great haircut and the staff was great. But I have to go to another salon in Spokane because they are booked forever and I cannot receive a call back to schedule. I'm sorry to go somewhere else but I have no other choice.
Tanya was so kind to schedule me on her day off to fix my hair, after I had it done elsewhere. She miraculously covered up the terrible red and made me love my hair again.
Friendly staff with upbeat attitudes. Fantastic variety of services with outstanding quality. Stylists really listen to what the client wants.
