A former employee was negligent in updating our business policy several times over the past 18 months. This has led to many issues and concerns. During the many weeks it took to fix this there was a lack of communication. While I realize this was the former employees responsibility it has led me to have a lack of trust in Kocman Insurance Group.
Chris, Cheryl and Karen are the best. They really care about their customers.
