We had reservations for a party of 9, but only 7 were actually present for the. The waitress was very nice and instructed us to order with the QR Code. For some reason, I couldn’t get the payment options to work on the ordering app, so I ordered the meals through the waitress. The app showed out total as $43. When it was time to pay, the waitress present a tablet to scan my card through and the total before the tip was $50. I tipped the waitress 20%. The food was okay, but the gratuity situation was absolutely insane. A 15% automatic gratuity was added to our tab without being clearly disclosed or mentioned by the waitress. Everyone in our group had separate tabs, so there was no reasonable explanation for why it was added to just one bill. Because we weren’t told the gratuity was already included, we added another 20% tip and ended up tipping around $15 on our tab alone. Sunday BUTTA Brunch is an absolute must do experience! We came with reservations for a Sunday brunch. Note there is a reservation fee per table and it is non refundable. We were sat immediately and the waiter was pretty quick to get our first round. We put in our order pretty quickly and it came in a decent amount of time. Great location in downtown Fresno. Walk in and seat you're self. Great customer service received by the waitress. The chicken wings were hot , crispy and delicious. The lemon pepper seasoning on the wings were so good. My chicken Philly cheese sandwich was delicious as well. Also the fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. I highly recommend this place. Prices are decent as well. Thank you and keep up the great work staff members 👏
