The minute you walk in the door, there is a certain atmosphere. There is a regular waiting room and beyond that one is another one with video games and toys. The staff and Dr. Kochis were very polite and helpful, and everyone made sure we understood how things were going to happen. I recommend Dr. Kochis if you're looking for a great orthodontist.

While Dr. Kochis herself was very good with my daughter we found that one of her staff members significantly lacked customer service skills. As a representative of this office one would expect the staff to emulate the professionalism displayed by their employer, but unfortunately this was not our experience. This person sadly, is the only thing keeping us from submitting a higher review. I love coming here to her office she explains things to where me and my child understand the staff is Great and always smile! She has a welcoming way about her! We have been here a year and I would not go any where else for my daughters Braces needs! We love Dr .Lisa Kochis!
