Highly recommend! I have known Dr. Betsy for a few years now and have always thought the world of her. Visited the clinic today for the first time for my Pitbull to have two masses removed and a dental - boy was I impressed! The clinic is very clean, the staff was fantastic to work with, and the prices were very reasonable! Violet was treated like a princess today, with top notch care!
I am a town dweller, so I can only comment on house pets. They are efficient and thorough. When I needed to put my granddaughters kitty down, they were very compassionate. When I find a place I like I stick with them. I appreciate the work they do.
Use to be our vet however after needing help in an emergency situation we definitely know this is not the vet for us. VERY UNHAPPY...we will not be back!
In February I had to take our beloved cat of 20 years in for his final good-bye. The staff was kind, caring and just wonderful the entire time. They gave me the time I needed, were sweet and loving towards Rocky and just went above and beyond to comfort me. Then last week, about a month after, I received a lovely sympathy card that was signed by their entire staff with a homemade card enclosure with a poem, Rocky's name and his paw print. It truly touched me beyond words. You all are simply THE best!
If you love your pet I recommend them highly. They are caring, compassionate, and professional. The price is extremely fair/reasonable. They dont make you feel silly for contacting them multiple times especially when your pet has to stay. I am confident they are caring for my pet as if he was their own. Dr Bell and his staff have made me feel very comfortable and updated as to my pets health. Thankyou Koch-Stigge my only downside is that we miss Mongo terribly and cant wait for him to come home :) but only when he is ready.
I think they are the best, and so very helpful and very passionate with animals.
