Purchased a used 2019 Honda Pilot from these guys and it was an awesome experience. The staff were great, helpful, and professional - especially Will Landine who was our sales associate. We worked something out quick and they were even able to arrange delivery to us in Southern Maine. Car was exactly as advertised and they were very up-front about the price which was great and reasonable. Would 100% buy from them again, and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car - new or used.
Debbie Goguen was an excellent and experienced sales consultant. I knew what I wanted and what I could afford. There was no hassle or reason to call a manager. She just took care of it for me and my car was ready the next day without compromising my needs. Best service I have gotten by far. Please ask for her. You won’t regret it!
I drove an hour to this dealership where I purchased my new Toyota only to be turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. When I asked for the earliest available date, I was told August 11. However, when I checked online right there, multiple slots were open for August 5. Disappointing, especially from a place I trusted enough to buy my car.
Update: When we bought the vehicle we also financed 3 extended warranty’s with it, Gold bumper to bumper, prepaid maintenance, and tire and wheel that came with a cosmetic warranty. When we asked if the prepaid maintenance covered all scheduled maintenance including coolant and fluid flushes, timing belt, water pump and spark plugs we we told YES it covered all that. I had a great experience with my vehicle purchase. My salesman (Wilder) was great. Ive never come across a no pressure salesperson. Not to mention, the insurance rep. they have onsite (Carlos) seriously saved me $350 a month. Thanks everyone
