My experience at Koch Toyota was top notch. Alex, Mike, and Carlos all gave amazing customer service as well as making me feel like my business was valued. From the initial greeting, to the close of the deal, every step was professional and easy. Biggest plus of the day was doing a trade in and leaving in a new car the same day when I wasn’t sure if it was going to be possible. Koch Toyota made miracles happen.
STAY FAR AWAY! I'd give zero stars if I could. From fraudulent advertised packages on cars, to pushy salesman, who literally ignore you saying "I'm just uncomfortable and ready to go home and sleep on this decision " (my fault, still working on standing up for myself) to LITERALLY SELLING YOU BRAND NEW OFF THE LOT CARS WITH DEFECTIVE BRAKES, AND BEING LIKE "OH WELL, MUST BE YOUR DRIVING, WE DIDNT FIND ANYTHING WRONG" THEN CHARGING ME THEIR CAR RENTAL FEE AS IF IT WASNT ADDING INSULT TO INJURY!
