Would recommend this roofing company again and again. They are honest, reliable and display integrity/pride in their work. Bobby came out to my house for a small leak I was having and fixed my problem. He walked my roof to see if I had any areas that could leak, found that I had an open dryer vent flap. He went above what he had to do and sprayed my exhaust vent with some fresh paint that he had. Overall is a great guy and a great company to deal with. This needs to be said and I hate leaving bad reviews. But people need to know this prior to having them do a roof . They had contracts with Maronda homes . They placed this roof on hear back in 2019 . In 2022 I had a roofer tell me this was a bad set of shingles and loss of granules on the shingles. And not sure how that happened or even a roofer not know what they are putting on roofs . But now it’s 2025 and I’m having repairs done to the roof . I was going to have them do it but they told me they don’t do 2 story roofs . I... read more
Koch roofing not only installed my roof on my personal home but I am a contractor and they have done many of for me. This company is the definition of quality and professionalism. Can’t say enough about this company. They install a roof for me 20 years ago which was still in good shape but unfortunately, I had to put a new roof on because of rip off insurance companies. As before, did an excellent job at a fair price. Took 2 days start to finish, including permits and inspection. Also installed 2 new skylights and solar exhaust fan. Would highly recommend and have done so many times. Thanks guy .
