Chad is amazing. I have to leave him a review personally. If Chad is amazing I know the team he works for is amazing. They just took first place as our favorite team in the Cincinnati area. Chad was knowledgable and was decisive which mean there was no wasted time. Going forward we will always Recommend Koch Refrigeration for Refrigeration in Cincinnati. 10/10 experience

Outstanding! Our beer cooler was down at Hops & Berry Taproom. Chad did an excellent job quickly diagnosing the issue and the repair was done soon after. I have found our permanent refrigeration repair company. Cheers!
Fantastic! Ej Knight finished up a job at the elementary school I work at. As I was leaving he overheard me say I locked my keys in the car. He went out of his way to help me get it unlocked! Very kind people!!
