Extremely disappointed. I reached out to schedule a repair, but they don’t take new customers. If they are too busy, they should at least communicate on their google listing. Total waste of time."

Chad is amazing. I have to leave him a review personally. If Chad is amazing I know the team he works for is amazing. They just took first place as our favorite team in the Cincinnati area. Outstanding! Our beer cooler was down at Hops & Berry Taproom. Chad did an excellent job quickly diagnosing the issue and the repair was done soon after. I have found our permanent refrigeration repair company. Cheers!
