I was visiting San Antonio and went to the farmers market at the Pearl, I stopped by the Koch farms tent and even though I am not a honey fan I had to try it, I could smell the guajillo flower right away and just had to taste it. It was delicious and i am sold on it!

I feel so lucky to have found Koch Ranches and the CSA program they offer through local harvest dot org! I have been completely blown away over the last three weeks with both the quantity and quality of the produce and meats that I have received. As a holistic health counselor, I literally prescribe food as medicine, and I'm happy to say that I've found our forever FARMacy!
Love your stuff! Great selections of quality sustainable food products, and all from the local area. Y'all need to keep up the hard work, it's worth it.
