Koch Homes installed our electric meter and panel on the incorrect side of the house. We agreed to a design plan and they made a huge mistake. They then lied and said Koch Homes couldn’t put the meter where the official contract had it. That it went against Koch’s practices. We know of at least one house where they ran the lines under a driveway to place the meter on the correct side as the design plan. Upgraded my kitchen to the gourmet selection. The stove takes 45 minutes to boil water. Both Kitchen Aid and an outside vendor came out to inspect the stove. I was told with the propane option on the house, the stove looses BTU power from the propane tank to the cooktop. When I asked Koch to fix the issue, they told me the stove is functioning properly. Many problems with our 2017 Koch Home and terrible response from Koch. We have approximately $40K in corrections 1.5 years after settlement. If we could rate a 0 we would.
