They do not sell to residential customers. Sucks for those who don't have the money to pay for a contractor, but know how to fix their own AC unit. Hard to find parts dealer that will sell to a customer, seems like gatekeeping to me to make you overpay for a contractor to do the work that you can easily do yourself. Sucks trying to support local, and have to order on Amazon instead because they don't want to sell you a part. Guess only corporations like to take my money, terrible.

This review is truck driver delivering to this location in a 53ft sleeper, back into the driveway leading to the premises gate, no space to turn around to dock. Awesome gentleman got me unloaded quick.
