I found Koch through TireRack for a tire installation. The service was excellent and the advisor was very apologetic about the costs, but the pricing structure is frustrating. They applied a steep upcharge for an alignment simply because I don't drive a VW. Considering this was 'found' business via a third party, the surcharge was unnecessary and uncompetitive compared to shops like Firestone.
