Jared was great at the service center. Answered all my questions and was very patient. Thank you guys so much!
I have been trying to get recall services completed from Koch 33, however, according to the person booking appointments, recall vehicles need to be dropped off by 9:00a and cant v booked as wait for service. I have only one car for my work so when I ask if they have courtesy cars provided for recalls, she advised they ony have rentals. Why should I have to pay for a rental for their recalls or lose work time? In my opinion, this practice is a double slap for customers.
My experience at Koch 33 Toyota was excellent. Chistopher Penna kept me informed on everything going with the car. Fortunately, there was nothing wrong with the car and I was out of there in an hour.
Jake was very polite and professional. I dropped my car off without an appointment because I thought something might be wrong with the electrical system. The service team did an extensive inspection of the car and found nothing wrong. I couldn't be happier with the servicel!
