Curious why the technician recommended a new engine air filter when I had replaced the filter 4000 miles previously. The filter was not dirty. Seems like a sales pitch just to get naive customers to spend more money.

The pick up and drop off was great. Everyone was great. I got a checklist when my car was delivered, which was great. One small issue: when I made the appointment, I said that my backup camera didn't always close when I finished backing up and a few times it was on when I started driving forward. What was on the notes from Ford, it stated that I said my backup camera did not work when I back up.
