Terrible service experience. No resolution to a simple warranty problem. No help with another simple request. Waste of my time.

We purchased the vehicle and was not able to take it home until the next day because it had a recall they were unaware of and didn’t have anyone to run the diagnostic test and update the system. Then part of the deal was for them to install running boards. Then it took a month to get an appointment. Then the bigger headache began. Let’s start with lack of communication.
