I did not have an appointment, but Bill was able to fit me in the schedule. I really appreciated the service I received.
Bill is an excellent service advisor. Everything was taken care of with care and my truck is good as new. The only advice I’d provide to Koch is to have every car washed after a service appointment, it adds the extra touch. Bill was customer focused, easy to deal with, and responsive. I’d definitely used Koch Ford for service again. I have a dealership closer to me, but I like the service at Koch 33 Ford.
