Great company to work with. Always very professional and courteous.
I have to agree with 2 of the reviews. The response time for call backs or return emails is not acceptable. We have issues with landscape maintenance at our buildings. At first the set up the landscaper to come by and take care of our problem. When they di not show I notified Kocal. No return email. Called the office on another matter, no answer no call back. How are you still in business. Need a copy of my CC&R's, $420 plus a $9.95 fee for credit card. Worst service I have encountered in a long time. I would think the CC&R'... read more
I've known and worked with Brent for the past 3 years now. Level 10 service has been my experience. I've physically been to his office a few times and everyone is friendly and professional.
I would have to agree. I have called multiple times as well and cannot reach anyone and my property managers VM says it is full. I need immediate help and no help to be found.
