Very good to work with. She is awesome when troubles time arise! Just dont expect her to fix anything that breaks in rentals

I had an unexpected surgery and she worked with us on rent. We fix the little things thru out the house... Our heater went out on 2-8-12 and she had someone there that night fixing it. SHE IS AWESOME!!!
I really liked Carol when I first met her. She seemed like a nice person. I have rented from her for 3 years and have found her to be the worst landlord ever. She does not fix anything unless she knows she has no way out of it. My hot water heater was not working for 1 year and she would not send anyone to fix it. My grandson finally bought the part and fixed it. She needs to fix the roof , the windows need calk and screens in summer , storms in winter.
