I had property damage of $2960 from a grinder lift station installation that Koby did on my property on or about March 31, 2016 . Koby would accept responsibility for 1/2 the damages and blamed the other 1/2 of the damages on the installation work done by the electrical contractor. Koby gave me their insurance agents name and number for a claim. The claim was reported to the insurance agent. The insurance agent has not paid the claim. The insurance agent rarely answers the phone or returns phone messages.
