I had an amazing experience working with Ms. Lin at this shop for my tire replacement! She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to help me research the best tires for my RAM 1500 pickup truck. Her detailed recommendations were spot on, and I’m super impressed by her service. Total waste of time, I was in the area and went in on two separate occasions and was refused service. First visit, I brought in my minivan and needed one of the tires replaced. They claimed they "didn't work on commercial vehicles". Second visit, I brought in a new tire which I needed mounted to a rim. They proceeded to tell me the tire was "too old". Don't waste your time with this place, if you aren't buying a new set of tire/rims, they probably aren't interested in helping you.
came here to balance 4 tires for vibration issue for a 20 years old car recommended by my mechanic. efficient service at a very reasonable price. called in the morning was able to come right away. The highway speed vibration had greatly reduced after eliminated one source of vibration.
