I have legal guardianship of my brother that was going through a mental health crisis. Dr Koblintz was the head of St Vincent Charity Psychiatric Unit and was working that evening. She was very unprofessional and exhibited extreme behavior by yelling and slamming cabinets. She did everything NOT to assist my brother with the much needed help he required.
